Barry M. V. Williams
Barry M. V. Williams has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors
since 2004. Barry joined Management Dynamics from P&O Nedlloyd where he held numerous executive-level positions in a career
that spanned over 35 years. He is best known for his ability to improve carrier operations by applying information technology
and realize results through effective change management programs.

Most recently as Executive Director and member of the P&O
Nedlloyd Executive Committee, he led successful programs to
consolidate back office operations in China and India, diversity
into freight forwarding and supply chain management services,
and implement the company's strategic e-commerce systems, his
organization spanned a staff of 6,000 across 120 countries.

James Preuninger
Jim Preuninger is the Chief Executive officer of Management Dynamics and serves on the Board of Directors. With over 25 years of software industry experience, Jim has been a part of the evolution of the supply chain management market from a domestic focus to one that now encompasses global operations and spans logistics, compliance and trade finance.

Management (GTM) market. As CEO of Management Dynamics,
Jim oversees the
strategic development of Management Dynamics and is responsible for opening new
markets
and expanding the company’s portfolio of solutions through strategic
partnerships and acquisitions.
Jim began his career at IBM where he held several
positions in sales and marketing. Jim holds a Bachelor's
degree from Drexel
University.

John Preuninger
John Preuninger is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Management Dynamics and serves on the Board of Directors. As President, John oversees all operations and internal processes for the company including finance, sales, marketing, research and development, professional services and customer support. |

John joined Management Dynamics in 1990, and since then has spearheaded the
development of the company’s marketing-leading portfolio of GTM solutions, which
today power some of the world’s largest and most complex supply chains.
Prior to Management Dynamics, John was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company
advising large, multi-national corporations on business strategy and execution.
John holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business
School, and a Bachelor's degree from Drexel University where he graduated Cum
Laude.

Don Caldwell
Don
Caldwell has served as Board Member since 2005 and is
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Atlantic
Capital Partners, Inc. (XACP)

manages several venture funds with over $400 million in
committed capital to early-stage and mid-stage IT
companies in the United States, Ireland, and the United
Kingdom. |

Prior to April 1999, Mr. Caldwell was President
and Chief Operating Officer of Safeguard Scientifics. Prior to
joining Safeguard, Mr. Caldwell held a number of
executive and financial positions, including Chief
Administrative Officer of a predecessor company of
Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (Massachusetts), a
provider of information technology consulting and
software development; and as a partner in the national
office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst &
Young, LLP. Mr. Caldwell is a CPA in the State of New
York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson
College and a master of business administration from the
Graduate School of Business at Harvard University.

Barry Goldsmith
Barry Goldsmith has
served as a Board Member since 2009. Mr. Goldsmith is a co-founder
of Updata Advisors and Updata Partners. He brings over 35 years of
experience in the information technology industry, as a founder,
senior executive, investor and advisor to leading software and IT
services companies.

Mr. Goldsmith founded CGA Computer, Inc. in 1968. Under his
guidance, CGA became one of the top providers of information
technology consulting services and software products to Fortune 500
companies. During his tenure, Mr. Goldsmith initiated an aggressive
program of expansion that resulted in the acquisition of a number of
software products and companies. A public company since 1969, CGA
was taken private with General Atlantic Partners in 1984 through a
leveraged buyout. Two years later, when CGA's divisions were sold to
Computer Associates and CapGemini, the firm had grown to employ
approximately 1,200 people and had annual revenues in excess of $90
million. Mr. Goldsmith co-founded Updata Advisors in 1987 and Updata
Partners in 1998. Mr. Goldsmith received a B.A. from Rutgers
University.

Ken Harvey
Ken Harvey is a
member of the Group Management Board for HSBC Holdings plc and the
company’s Chief Technology and Services Officer (CTSO). The CTSO
incorporates the duties previously held by the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, he is responsible for the
development, deployment and operation of the technology assets of the company,
as well as the daily operation of the company’s middle and back offices. |

Previously, Mr. Harvey served as Group General Manager and CIO. In
this role, he led the design, development and implementation of a
standard set of global banking applications and the continual
operation of the company’s vast global network. He was responsible
for the e-commerce channel, payment processing operations,
purchasing and accounts payable functions. Mr. Harvey holds a
Bachelors of Science degree in finance from DePaul University and
attended the Northwestern University National Trust School in 1998.
He is certified in multiple programming languages and widely
recognized for expertise in real-time financial transaction
processing.

Victor H. Boyajian
Victor H. Boyajian
has served as Board Advisor since 2002. Mr. Boyajian is Chair,
Venture Capital/Emerging Growth Company Group of Sonnenschein Nath &
Rosenthal LLP. A recognized leader in his field, he focuses on
representing emerging growth and more established Fortune 500
companies in a board array of transactions, including venture
capital and other strategic matters. Viewed as a counselor to senior
executives and principals of
venture firms, Mr. Boyajian is
typically called upon to render advice on matters relating to
business strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, executive
compensation arrangements and board governance along with
intellectual property and litigation strategy. |
